Southern California In Home Tutoring

My 3rd grader started tutoring mid-year, after struggling with math. His confidence and scores improved after meeting with his tutor just a few times. Our tutor was wonderful – super patient and great at engaging a child who didn’t always want to focus on math. She made it fun!

Charlie has grown confidence in math and has progressed a lot in the past year. His grades are slowly but surely improving. He really enjoys his lesson each week

I felt lost when my son starting failing all of his classes the beginning of this past year. And trying to find solutions to helping my son get organized and completing his assignments on time for school felt overwhelming for me to handle on my own. Nancy helped me by setting up a workable schedule with an amazing tutor, Sophia. Sophia was kind and most importantly so incredibly patient with my son. At times I felt as though he was less than enthusiastic about doing anything, but Sophia kept working with him and I really felt as though her encouragement gave him confidence in his ability to complete the work, thus raising his confidence level all around. I’m truly grateful to Sophia and her helping him get through the 8th grade. I’m sure I’ll be reaching out again this next fall.
